Mat to Reformer Foundations
This immersive 5-week series is designed for anyone ready to deepen their understanding of Pilates as both a mover and a teacher. Whether you are preparing to become a certified Pilates instructor, refreshing your skills as a current teacher, or simply wanting to explore the classical method at its roots, this program will guide you through the essentials.
Mentoring in Motion is not another certification. It’s a hands-on mentorship experience designed to deepen instructors’ embodiment and teaching skills through mentor-led apparatus classes.
A 5-week Journey
This 5-part series introduces you to the beginner exercises with an explanation of how they build to intermediate on the Mat and Reformer. You will receive over 10 hours of direct mentorship, you’ll experience how the system builds across equipment, absorb master-level cueing, and leave with a clear progression roadmap. Each session includes:
- 90 minutes of mentor-led multi-apparatus class
- 30 minutes of exercise breakdown, cueing insights, and progression mapping
