Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Contrology Connection LLC ("Contrology Connection," "we") collects and how we use it, across our website (contrologyconnection.com) and our mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"). Questions any time: info@contrologyconnection.com.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Learning records — course enrollments, lesson progress, knowledge-check attempts and scores, training-hours entries (including class notes you write), test-out applications, and certificates you earn.
• Training agreement signatures — when you e-sign your training agreement we record your typed legal name, the date and time, your IP address, your device's browser identification, and a digital fingerprint of the exact contract text you signed.
• Event registrations — classes and master classes you register for.
• Payment records — payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. We keep records of what was purchased, when, and for how much.
• Technical basics — a login token stored on your device so you stay signed in. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use analytics profiling, and we never sell your information.

How we use it

To run your training: delivering course content and videos, tracking your progress toward certification, managing your training hours and test-out, processing payments, sending transactional email (receipts, password resets, class confirmations), and keeping records our programs require.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the platform work: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (secure video streaming), and Hostinger (website hosting and email delivery). Each receives only what it needs for its job. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the mobile app (Account → Delete my account) or by emailing info@contrologyconnection.com. Deletion removes your account, learning records, hours log, certificates, and event registrations, and cancels any active video-library subscription. Two things are retained after deletion: payment records (required for accounting and tax purposes) and training-agreement signature records (retained as evidence of the contract while any legal obligations survive).

You don't have to close your account to remove information. You can delete individual training-hours entries yourself in the app at any time, and you can email info@contrologyconnection.com to request deletion of specific information while keeping your account open. We'll tell you if anything you've asked us to delete has to be retained for the accounting or legal reasons described above.

Children

Our Services are teacher-training and movement education for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can update your email preferences by replying to any message, request a copy of the personal information we hold, or ask us to correct it — email info@contrologyconnection.com and we'll respond promptly.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the Services. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
