Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Contrology Connection website and mobile apps (the "Services"), operated by Contrology Connection LLC. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to them. Students enrolled in a training program also sign a separate Training Agreement at enrollment — where the two differ for program matters, the Training Agreement controls.

Your account

Keep your login credentials private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — course access, video libraries, and workbooks may not be shared, and one account may not be used by multiple people.

Purchases, subscriptions & fees

• Program tuition, event tickets, and testing fees are shown at checkout. An Administration and Processing Fees line is added to cover payment-processing costs and is itemized before you pay.
• Video-library subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the period you've paid for.
• Refunds for program tuition are governed by your Training Agreement. For events and other purchases, contact info@contrologyconnection.com.

Class packs & event cancellations

• Class-pack hours. Packs are sold as a number of hours. One hour is one credit; each scheduled class or master class lists how many hours it costs, and that amount is deducted from your balance when you register with pack hours. Pack hours never expire.
• Class-pack hours are personal to your account: they have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be spent on scheduled classes and master classes of the matching type. Hours included with a program's Premium Package follow the same rules.
• Cancellations. You may cancel a class registration up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and any pack hours you used are returned to your account automatically; for tickets paid by card or in the studio, contact us and we'll arrange the refund.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice — and missed classes — forfeit the pack hours or ticket price for that registration. If something outside your control comes up, contact the studio and we'll do our best to help.
• If we cancel or reschedule a class, your pack hours are returned automatically (or your ticket refunded) regardless of timing.

Our content

Everything in the Services — videos, manuals, workbooks, curricula, knowledge checks, and branding — belongs to Contrology Connection or its licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own training. Copying, recording, downloading, redistributing, or teaching from our materials outside the license is not permitted.

Health & safety

Pilates is physical exercise. Content in the Services is educational and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, work within your own capacity, and stop if something hurts. You use the Services and practice the material at your own risk; enrolled students additionally agree to the assumption-of-risk terms in their Training Agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services: no attempting to access other students' data or areas of the platform you're not authorized for, no scraping or bulk-downloading content, no interfering with the Services' operation, and no using the platform for anything unlawful.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Training Agreement, with any tuition consequences governed by the Training Agreement.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contrology Connection LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the Services. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
